Area K is a special part of the Festival just for families. Last year our young rockers designed Mad Hatter hats with folks from the Magic House, climbed a rock wall, jammed with their friends at Fazio's Rock Academy, and more.

Not only is Area K packed with fun and engaging activities for kids of all ages, but it also has its own stage. 2011 featured the six winners of our high school Battle of the Bands competition.

Want to check out the rest of the Festival as well? Don't worry. Area K closes at 6PM each day so there's plenty of time to explore everything LouFest has to offer. And kids 10 and under get in free with a ticket-holding adult.
