What Are My Ticket Options?


General Admission 2-Day Pass

General Admission 2-Day Passes will go on sale in Spring 2014. Check back!

VIP 2-Day Pass

VIP 2-Day Passes will go on sale to the general public in Spring 2014. VIP Passholders will experience the Festival in style and comfort with special amenities in the LouFest VIP Lounge. Situated with an incredible view of the stage, The LouFest VIP Lounge has an elevated viewing platform for the ultimate music and people watching experience. Your LouFest VIP Pass gets you daily VIP wristbands (one each for Saturday and Sunday) to enter the festival. It also includes:

  • Unlimited access to the LouFest VIP Lounge
  • Viewing platform with premium sight lines of the stage
  • Complimentary beer, wine and specialty libations all day
  • Complimentary catered food servings daily
  • Reserved air conditioned restrooms
  • Shaded & relaxed lounge seating

The LouFest box office is located just west of the Main Entrance.

Please enter through the proper lane for your ticket type - VIP, 2-Day GA, Single Day and wheelchair lanes are provided to ensure you receive proper access.

The Box Office will accept cash, Visa, Master Card and American Express.

How Will I Receive My Pass?


You will receive a PrintPass ticket after your order has been processed. Just bring this ticket to the gate on the day of the festival to redeem it for your LouFest wristbands. If you don’t receive your PrintPass 72 hours prior to the festival, please contact http://support.frontgatetickets.com or call 888.512.HELP.

2-Day GA Passholders will need to exchange their PrintPass Ticket at the Front Gate of the festival for a 2-Day Wristband for the weekend.

VIP Passholders will not have their wristbands mailed; instead you must pick-up your wristband at The Box Office outside the Festival Entrance.

Single-Day Passholders will not receive a wristband, but will be able to exit and re-enter the festival with a stamp from officials at the gate.

The Box Office will be open from 10AM to 10PM on September 6th & 7th.

I Need To Change My Order, What Do I Do?


Refunds, exchanges, address and name changes are not allowed after a ticket is purchased. If you have additional questions about your order, please contact http://support.frontgatetickets.com or call 888.512.SHOW.

Can I Mess With My Wristband?


DO NOT remove your wristband between days. If wristbands are removed or tampered with whatsoever, they are void and will be confiscated. If wristbands are too loose and look like they can be slipped on and off, they will be confiscated.

There's A Good Deal On Craigslist...Should I?


Every year thousands of our loving fans think that buying a ticket via Craigslist, StubHub, eBay, or any broker site will save them some cash and allow them to access the festival. Unfortunately, many of these passes are either already used or are counterfeits.

Please don’t make us stop you at the gate and send you to the infamous “trouble” table to examine the pass, notice that it’s not yours, and turn you away, sobbing down the street. It’s unbecoming and although we’d love to just let you in, you didn’t buy it from us and therefore, we cannot validate your story. If you want 100% confidence that you’ll be cool, click here to purchase your tickets every single time.

Oftentimes people will try to sell their wristbands to others if they cannot attend a certain day. Unfortunately, the removing of a wristband automatically voids it. Our crack security takes great pain in checking every wristband to assure it has not been removed and replaced. You will be caught and you will be escorted directly from the property. Please do not let them tell you that it’s okay while you fork over a load of cash for two days of music – simply visit our website or call 888.512.SHOW to purchase tickets.

Are 2-Day Passes Two Separate Wristbands?


No, it will be one special wristband, so you will need it both days.

I Don't Have A Credit Card. How Can I Purchase Passes?


If passes are not sold out, tickets can be purchased the day of the show at the festival box office. No advance passes are sold without a credit/debit card. If needed, we suggest you purchase a Visa, Mastercard or Amex gift card, register the card on-line to your billing address, and use the funds to purchase your passes on-line or via phone.

If I buy two passes, can I bring one friend one day and someone else the next day?


Each wristband is your pass for the 2-day event, they are non transferable and become void if removed and placed on someone else.

Am I allowed to exit and re-enter the festival?


2-Day Passholders are allowed to enter and exit the festival as needed up to 5 times per day. 1-Day Passholders will need to get a “pass out” wristband from security at the front gate to be allowed to exit and re-enter. TICKET MUST BE PRESENT TO OBTAIN WRISTBAND.

Children At LouFest


Children 12 and under are allowed to the festival free with a paid adult.

Will Passes Be Sold At LouFest?


If not sold out, yes.

Ticket Legalese


Rain or Shine.

Ticket is for LouFest, not for a specific artist. Artists and schedule subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for refund. The ticket is a revocable license for the time/date listed on the ticket.

“Management” means LouFest, C3 Presents, Listen Live Entertainment, and their affiliates. Management reserves the right without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue, local, state or federal law or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by Management. Persons entering the facility are subject to search for contraband. Pass user bears all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during or after the event. Pass user bears all risks, including cancellation of the event and of inclement weather. The resale or attempted resale of the pass higher than that appearing on the ticket is prohibited and if discovered will result in the ticket being voided without refund. The pass may not be used for advertising promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of Management. Pass user consents to Management’s use of their image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission, or recording of the event.

ADA Accessibility


LouFest wants everyone to enjoy the Festival experience.

Accessible Parking Update: ADA accessible parking has been relocated to just west of the Macklind Drive and Wells Drive intersection, not east of the intersection. A valid state-issued placard must be presented upon parking.
